Any combination of number or release method available, discuss with us your requirements & we'll be only too happy to provide a quote for you.
Pick-up is available for local or regional events, or where someone may be passing through. For other regions courier pricing and packaging for transport is additional, this may include Residential and Saturday delivery surcharges.
We use Post Haste Couriers, providing overnight delivery to most regions. On delivery a signature will be required.
Delivery to a courier depot for customer collection is our preferred option.
For advance bookings a deposit of $50 will be required to secure your order, and full payment due 3 weeks prior to your event date.
We need to breed butterflies for your special event, therefore in the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
Due to the fact that numbers are dependent on conditions & seasonal availability at the time of your event, a refund will be made for the butterflies we can't supply.
For our customers who require short notice bookings, i.e Funerals, these are treated on a case by case basis & full details will be provided on contact.

You can be satisfied that your Butterflies will be of the highest quality. We guarantee that they will be healthy and vibrant for your release. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you may return any unusable butterflies within 7 days for a pro-rata refund.
It is very important that you track your package and are aware of the delivery date. Butterflies are normally scheduled to arrive the day before the event, unless it is a Monday or Tuesday event - they would have to be couriered on the Friday prior. Saturday delivery may be available in some areas, check the link above for your address.
The main cause of butterfly casualties is extreme heat. If the package is left on a door-step all day long in direct sunlight, your butterflies might not survive. Our guarantee is void if not collected or received in-person at the delivery address.
Courier delivery timeframes are out of our control, therefore we can't be held liable and will not refund orders that have been in transit for longer than 48 hours.
*Public Holidays may increase the time your butterflies are in transit.
